Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

1) Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cream, butter, and sugar into a large bowl. Slowly beat in eggs and pumpkin. Mix in flour, pie spice, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda, and ginger. Slowly add buttermilk to the mixture.
2) Fill muffin cups with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes.
3) For frosting, beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add in confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Frost cupcakes when cooled.
