Hurricane Dorian

As the Hurricane Dorian continues its path towards the East Coast, it leaves behind mass destruction in the Bahamas. This category five hurricane made landfall in the Carolinas on Thursday, September 5th and in eastern Canada. The death toll for this catastrophe climbs to fifty in the Bahamas and as teams start to recover and search through the debris it is expected to rise. With this news many companies are reaching out to those left with nothing; cruises such as the Royal Caribbean have been sent to the Bahamas with supplies and for refuge for evacuees, the Red Cross is collecting blood donations, Michael Jordan donated one-billion dollars to aid in the recovery of the Bahamas, and President Trump met with political officials to discuss the aftermath of the disaster.
