We see it every day. From scrunchies, vintage crewnecks, and “mom” jeans, 80’s-90’s fashion is making a comeback. This new wave of fashion has allowed thrifting to become a huge trend in recent years. No matter the social status of an individual, thrifting is now considered unique and a proficient way to shop. Although Providence makes their students wear uniforms, incorporating new fashion trends into your everyday uniform is very easy.

Even if your style is not the “trend”, it is important to not allow others to influence your way of thinking. Find what you like and wear it. Expressing your individuality is crucial, especially in high school. If it’s through makeup, jewelry, or even weird socks, there are so many possibilities in which you can show the world who you are.
