On Monday, September 12, the PCHS Counseling Department initiated a new program called Action for Happiness.  The school day will begin with a daily action or thought from the Action for Happiness calendar. This calendar has monthly themes and promotes simple ways to carry out each of those themes in a specific daily action.

Mr. Palmasani recently shared an Action for Happiness.  “So many times, we focus on being kind to others and for good reason, but it is absolutely imperative that we treat ourselves just as kindly. Eliminate any negative self-talk and don’t sweat the small stuff. Have a great day!”
